"Puerto Rico is part of America" and Bad Bunny "is an American" they say, defending his cultural insurrection at the halftime show performing in a foreign language. Yet they have their own Olympic team! haha. They're not Team USA, they're Team Puerto Rico!
Not to mention people on the island can't vote for our president. Americans vote for our president, they do not. They can not. They're a territory, not a state. We own them, they're not part of America. They don't even have a self-sustaining government or infrastructure and rely on taxpayer handouts from us in order for the government and public services to keep running.
